Purpose: To announce federal approval of CFSS

CFSS receives federal approval
On Feb. 27, 2024, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved DHS’ state plan amendments on CFSS, a flexible health care program that will replace PCA and CSG in Minnesota.
Timeline for CFSS launch date
Before DHS launches CFSS, we must:

DHS will announce the CFSS launch date at least 90 days in advance. We will continue to send status updates as more information becomes available.
