Purpose: To announce that DHS plans to review, update and archive the PartnerLink MnCHOICES webpages

DHS plans to review, update and archive PartnerLink MnCHOICES webpages

Over the next several months, DHS plans to review, update and archive the MnCHOICES PartnerLink webpages as we continue to support lead agencies to implement the MnCHOICES revision project.

We plan to:

· Move the MnCHOICES revision project webpage to the PartnerLink – MnCHOICES archive.

· Remove or archive additional PartnerLink webpages (e.g., DWRS and EWRS Tool) when we retire the MnCHOICES legacy applications in October 2024.

· Remove or archive references to legacy systems.

· Update the remaining content on all PartnerLink MnCHOICES webpages.

PartnerLink MnCHOICES revision project webpage archive plan

We plan to archive PartnerLink – MnCHOICES revision project by May 31, 2024. We originally created this page to provide information and support before the MnCHOICES launch. When we archive the page, we will add a link to it on the PartnerLink – MnCHOICES archive.

DHS will remove the following information from PartnerLink – MnCHOICES revision project:

· PartnerLink – Your Revised MnCHOICES application launch questions: For up-to-date information, refer to smart guides in the MnCHOICES Help Center.

· PartnerLink – Questions asked by MCOs about the launch of the revised MnCHOICES application: DHS will move this information to PartnerLink – MCO.

· PartnerLink – Revised MnCHOICES workstation technical specifications: DHS will move this information to the technical specifications for MnCHOICES applications section on PartnerLink – MnCHOICES mentors

· DHS – Revised MnCHOICES application questions: DHS will move this information to PartnerLink – Office hours conference calls with a link to the survey, “MnCHOICES office hours pre-submitted questions.”
