Purpose: To announce a public comment period for amendments to the Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) waiver plans before submission to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Comment period begins: 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 2024
Comment period ends : 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024

DHS requests public comments on fall 2024 waiver plan amendments before we submit them to CMS for approval. These amendments apply to the following home and community-based services (HCBS) waivers:

Process to submit comments
Email comments to DSD.PublicComments@state.mn.us no later than 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024.
