WMS status update

Effective Oct. 18, 2024, the WMS is available for users to resume work. Allocation changes and updated consumer directed community supports (CDCS) budgets are available.

As of Oct. 16, 2024, DHS completed the WMS maintenance and pulled all Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) data.

Current issues

DHS is working to fix the following MMIS status/schedule dates on the WMS home page:

  • · The last MMIS update took place on 9/1/2024.
  • · The next MMIS update will take place on 10/1/2024.
  • · The next MMIS update will be available on 10/5/2024.

    • Lead agencies can disregard this information until DHS updates it.

    Next monthly download

    Due to maintenance, the WMS did not have a regularly scheduled monthly download in October. We expect the monthly download to resume as regularly scheduled at the start of each month in November 2024.
