Reminder: DHS requests feedback on EVV simplification for live-in caregivers

DHS requests feedback on barriers and potential solutions to simplify EVV compliance for live-in caregivers in Minnesota. We encourage interested parties to provide feedback through one of the options below.

Large group sessions

Use the following information to register for a large group session (1-50 participants):

    Time: 10 to 11:30 a.m.

  • Focus group sessions

    Use the following information to register for a focus group session (1-15 participants):

  • 1:1 interviews

    Use the following information to register for a 30-minute 1:1 interview:

  • · Availability: 30 open slots
  • · Dates: Dec. 5, Dec. 6, Dec. 9, Dec. 12 and Dec. 13, 2024
  • · Eligibility: People who receive services, families, caregivers, providers, community advocates, FMS providers, SEIU members and other interested parties
