CFSS implementation updates

DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates early in the transition.

Policy manual

DHS added items to the non-covered goods and services section of CFSS Manual – Goods and services through CFSS. DHS made this update to address recent questions. However, the list is not comprehensive and depends on the person’s needs.

Forms and documents

For a list of all forms and documents currently available, refer to CFSS Manual – Forms and documents.

MMIS system updates

DHS continues to test and fix bugs in MMIS. Counties and tribal nations can use Service Agreement and Screening Document (SASD) Support Team Portal, DHS 3754 to report issues to DHS.

Training

DHS posted CFSS: Being an Employer to help people using the CFSS budget model learn about how to be an employer.

Resources

DHS updated the CFSS service agreement calculators to use the rates effective Jan. 1, 2025.

Note: DHS has not yet updated the rates on CFSS Service Delivery Plan, DHS-6893P, so these resources will not match.
