Extension to complete provider costs and wages survey

DHS seeks provider feedback about costs and wages for rate methodology evaluation. We announced this survey in the Jan. 21, 2025, eList announcement. The survey is now live.

Survey details

Use the following information to complete the survey:

· Survey deadline: March 21, 2025

· How to participate: To access the survey, information and supporting materials, refer to Guidehouse – Minnesota DHS rate study.

· Instructions: Providers that do not have a business tax identification number or use their social security number as a business tax identification number do not need to complete a survey.

· Services included: There is one survey for all services in scope. For the services included in the survey, refer to the Jan. 21, 2025, eList announcement.

This survey allows providers to help inform the components and factors of the rate methodology for critical services.
