MMIS system updates
DHS updated MMIS to align with the policy we announced in the Feb. 4, 2025, eList announcement. The county/tribal nation cannot enter a CFSS goods and services (T5999 UB or T5999 U9) line or CFSS PERS (S5160 UB, S5160 U9, S5161 UB, S5161 U9, S5162 UB or S5162 U9) line on a service agreement for a person using AC.
DHS finished extending three-month PCA SAs to six months, as described in the Nov. 26, 2024, eList announcement. If a county, tribal nation or provider identifies an SA that DHS has not updated, they must submit a request to DHS to update it using PCA Request Form, DHS-4292 (counties/tribal nations) or PCA Technical Change Request, DHS-4074A (providers).
DHS continues to test and fix bugs in MMIS. Counties and tribal nations can use Service Agreement and Screening Document (SASD) Support Team Portal, DHS 3754 to report issues to DHS.
