Purpose: To remind lead agencies about the June 30, 2025, deadline to submit local system needs plans (LSNPs) for intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities (ICFs/DD) to DHS

Lead agencies must submit their LSNP to DHS by June 30, 2025.

Lead agencies must:

2. Contact those facilities to gather information for their LSNP as necessary.
