MHM Program Manual updates

DHS updated the MHM Program Manual. We posted new pages for MHM services and updated existing pages.

New pages for MHM services

DHS posted new pages in the MHM Program Manual for all available MHM services:

· MHM comprehensive community supports services.

· MHM costs for finding housing and employment.

· MHM demonstration case management.

· MHM environmental modifications.

· MHM membership fees.

· MHM home care training – family and non-family.

· MHM overnight assistance.

· MHM personal emergency response system.

· MHM pre-discharge case consultation and collaboration.

· MHM respite services.

· MHM specialized supplies and equipment.

· MHM tools, clothing and equipment.

· MHM transition planning.

· MHM transitional services.

Each new page includes:

· Service definition.

· Eligibility requirements.

· Covered and non-covered services.

· Limitations.

· Provider standards and qualifications.

· Authorization, rates and billing.

Note: Effective July 1, 2025, the new pages replace MHM Demonstration and Supplemental Services Table (PDF), and the table will no longer be available. For policy information about each MHM service, refer to the MHM Program Manual service pages.
