EIDBI licensing news and updates

The 2025 Minnesota Legislature created new provisional licensing requirements for all enrolled EIDBI agencies.

DHS actions

DHS will:

· Share updates about the provisional license process for existing providers.

· Share the timeline for developing comprehensive licensing standards.

· Collaborate with the EIDBI Advisory Council to develop comprehensive licensing standards.

· Offer opportunities for the community and providers to share feedback about comprehensive licensing standards.
