Purpose: To provide an update about WMS monthly maintenance and a system upgrade

WMS upgrade

DHS is upgrading WMS to resolve issues that have occurred during WMS monthly maintenance over the last several months.

We are working to resolve the following WMS issues:

  • · Manual conversion and diversion allocation attachments.
  • · Missing and/or unadjusted consumer directed community supports (CDCS) budget.
  • · Inaccurate and/or missing information.
  • · Prolonged system downtime.

    • We will send another eList announcement to notify lead agencies when we complete the upgrade.
