The deadline to complete a survey on how to improve the DWRS cost reporting system is Dec. 19, 2025. We announced this survey in a Dec. 2, 2025, eList announcement.
We invite providers who did cost reporting between 2021 and 2025 for residential services, unit-based services, day programs and customized living services to share input.
