EIDBI provisional licensing application now available
DHS posted the EIDBI provisional licensing application in the DHS Provider Hub.
For application details, including help and resources, refer to the Jan. 22, 2026, email to EIDBI agencies.
Application deadline
All EIDBI agencies must submit a provisional license application by May 31, 2026. EIDBI agencies that have not applied by May 31, 2026, must not operate, and DHS will disenroll them from providing EIDBI services.
