MnCHOICES data sharing survey

DHS requests feedback from county managers, supervisors, data analysts and other county employees that regularly use MnCHOICES data in their work.

Use the following information to provide feedback:

· How to participate: To complete the survey, refer to MnCHOICES Data Sharing Survey.

· Survey opens: Feb. 2, 2026

· Survey deadline: Feb. 13, 2026

· Participants: County staff who use MnCHOICES data

Survey results

DHS will refer to the survey feedback as we develop new approaches to share MnCHOICES data with our county partners. We will focus future phases of this project on data sharing with managed care organizations and tribal nations.
