DHS is accepting proposals from qualified applicants to establish, strengthen and expand a statewide self-advocacy network for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

RFP details

Use the following information to apply:

  • · Application: To apply, refer to DHS – Open grants, RFPs and RFIs.
  • · Deadline: 4 p.m. on April 20, 2026
  • · Number of grantees: The state intends to award one grant.
  • · Amount and timeline: Beginning July 1, 2026, a total of $381,350 is available each year for up to five years, depending on the contract duration.
