MnCHOICES assessment completion dashboard posted

DHS posted a new assessment completion dashboard, as required by Minn. Stat. §256B.0911, subd. 34.

The dashboard summarizes how lead agencies complete MnCHOICES assessments, including:

· The number of assessments they complete.

· How each lead agency meets required timelines.

To access the dashboard, refer to the quality ratings section of DHS – Status reports and known gaps.
