To: Lead agency staff who work with people receiving consumer directed community supports (CDCS)

Purpose: To announce an increase to the maximum amount people using CDCS can pay spouses and parents of minors
Effective: Immediately

Increase to maximum payment for spouses and parents of minors in CDCS
Effective immediately, DHS increased the maximum amount a person using CDCS can pay a worker who is their spouse or their parent (if the person is a minor). People who use CDCS must refer to the level 4 column of the PCA/CFSS rates section in Long-Term Services and Supports Rate Limits, DHS-3945 (PDF).
