Purpose: To announce a Minnesota Transformation Initiative (MTI) technical assistance opportunity for employment and day service providers

Free technical assistance available through the Minnesota Transformation Initiative (MTI)
MTI has opened the application for HCBS day and employment providers to participate in its 2026-2027 cohort technical assistance program. This offering is an intensive, comprehensive, yearlong technical assistance opportunity for providers at any stage of planning or implementing transformation or agency change. Providers must be committed to expanding their capacity for competitive, integrated employment and/or community life engagement. Applications for cohort technical assistance will be accepted through June 26, 2026.
