CFSS implementation updates
DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates throughout the transition.

Forms and documents
DHS posted Consultation Services Setup and Annual Orientation Checklist, DHS-6893J.
For a list of all forms and documents currently available, refer to CFSS Manual – Forms and documents.
MMIS system updates
DHS continues to test and fix bugs in MMIS. Counties/Tribal Nations can use Service Agreement and Screening Document (SASD) Support Team Portal, DHS 3754 to report issues to DHS.
Reminders
DHS reminds all consultation services providers that they must complete the updated version of the TrainLink course CFSS consultation services provider training (course code CFSS_CS) by June 30, 2026.
DHS reminds lead agencies that when authorizing consultation services, the lead agency must always authorize six units. The lead agency must not prorate the units. For more information, refer to CFSS Manual – Consultation services overview and DSD MMIS Reference Guide – ASA3 screen for consultation services.
