Help improve Minnesota’s LTSS system website

DHS requests feedback on Minnesota’s LTSS system website. We want feedback from people who use the information on the LTSS system website for planning, policy, advocacy, service delivery or decision-making.

How to participate

To provide feedback, you can:

  • · Review the website at DHS – Minnesota's LTSS system.
  • · Complete the short feedback survey at Minnesota Management and Budget – Status of LTSS engagement plan: Phase 1 survey.
  • · Share the survey with colleagues or other interested parties.
  • Minnesota’s LTSS system website purpose

    The website describes:

  • · The status of the health and social services within Minnesota’s LTSS system.
  • · How the LTSS system might change in the future.
  • It provides access to:

  • · Demographic data to understand how LTSS can better support Minnesotans.
  • · Tools that monitor how populations and services have changed over time to plan for future needs.
  • It covers the following topics:

  • · People who receive services.
  • · Existing gaps and disparities.
  • · System changes over time.
  • · Current efforts to strengthen the system.
  • DHS intends for the website to support planning, policy, advocacy and decision-making.

DHS does not intend for the website to help people apply for services or navigate individual programs.

    DHS actions

DHS will use the survey feedback to help us:

  • · Improve how we organize, explain and share LTSS information.
  • · Ensure the website meets the needs of partners and communities across Minnesota.
