Eligibility Workers

Determines eligibility and benefits for cash assistance, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and, for people with disabilities, Medical Assistance.

MAXIS - Inquiry

Employment Counselors

Allows ES workers to access specific MAXIS information including case notes to provide case management and support for participants.

Workforce One

Employment Counselors

Supports case management and data collection for employment services.

MEC2

Child Care Assistance Workers

Determines eligibility and benefits for the Child Care Assistance Program.

PRISM

Child Support Officers

Tracks and distributes child support payments.

MAXIS Workforce One Interface

Employment Counselors

Workforce One receives limited information directly from MAXIS, including referrals to Employment Services and Status Updates.

MMIS

Eligibility Workers

Manages payments for Medical Assistance and health plans.

DHS manages all the systems except Workforce One, which the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development manages.
