19.51 Child Support Sanctions

Participants must cooperate with child support requirements.
The requirement to cooperate with Child Support Services applies to parents:
Child support good cause exemptions
Child support good cause is different from MFIP good cause. Child Support uses good cause when exempting a participant from cooperating with Child Support Services. See 19.9 (Good Cause) for MFIP.
Participants are exempt from cooperating with child support if one of the following is true:
