Family Stabilization Services Criteria:

Description.	Participants who are 60 or older.
Who Can Confirm the Condition.	The MAXIS interface on Workforce One will show participant’s age.
Workforce One Employment Plan Type.	FSS – Age 60 or older.
How Often to Review Documentation.	Not applicable.
Additional Requirements.	MAXIS will automatically code this status based on the participant’s birth date.
