TANF Work Participation Rate - Treatment and Rehabilitation
Core or non-core activity. | Core – for up to 240 or 360 hours if tracked and reported as job search and if the treatment engagement stand alone or combined with other work activities meets minimum hourly requirements (Chapter 7.15 – Hourly Requirements for Plan). If hours are reported in job search, follow the same verification requirements in Chapter 12.3.6 – Job Search: Documenting/Tracking. The State is responsible for calculating which hours of job search count in the Work Participation Rate and which do not. Use the same documentation and verification standards for any job search hours entered.
